We partnered with a ticketing Company called Ticket Daddy (https://x.com/ticketdaddy_) for the Onchain ticketing for the festival.
So people who will be attending the onchain film festival where NIA will be premiered can GET THEIR TICKETS AS NFTS TICKETS and also Virtual Tickets in their Emails too.
I’m not sure, you mentioned tickets being sold and all I’m looking for is something that shows me that tickets were sold. Was this an on-chain thing where you can give me a wallet with NFT transactions in it?
Honestly, @Lanzer i hope this answers your questions because i’m quite confused.
Firstly part of our final milestone was to provide a link to our nft tickets, what we did was instead of hosting a physical premiere were only filmmakers or close people will come to mint the ticket and watch the documentary and end up having low reach and engagement.
We decided to premier it at the biggest and first ever onchain film festival in Africa this december where creatives from all around africa would be available and get to watch the film too, thus increasing our reach and engagement.
So what we did was we partnered with a ticketing company called TICKET DADDY (https://ticketdaddy.io/) as i shared earlier, they are just like LUMA (https://luma.com/)
So attendees for the festival go on TICKET DADDY and buy their tickets with cryptocurrency and then receive and NFT TICKET in their wallet that grants them access to the festival which also grants them access to the documentary film premiere.
Which means that we are not in charge of giving out this tickets, the company TICKET DADDY automatically sends the ticket to any wallet that purchases the festival ticket.
So we didnt have a seperate NFT viewing ticket for the film but We strategically set it for the festival, such that it will also act an NFT TICKET for the film. i want to assure you that all i have ever done is not discredit my milestone completion but to enhance more reach, audience for sandbox as a whole that is why we made these decisions and are taking this steps.
