This project aims to drive impact in three key areas of the Sandbox ecosystem: user onboarding, NFT utility, and community governance.

1. User Onboarding through Real-World Engagement
   By minting 2,500 Genesis NFTs tied to real-world actions (fitness, culture, events), we will attract new users to Sandbox, offering them seamless entry through earned NFTs that unlock in-game perks like exclusive wearables and experiences.
2. NFT Utility: Perks and Wearables
   NFTs will evolve based on daily real-world activity, unlocking wearables and exclusive perks within Sandbox (e.g., custom avatar skins, T-shirts, caps, wrist bands and access to private events). We also have plans to create honorary 1/1 NFTs for key Sandbox ecosystem leaders and prep assets for potential use as wearables or avatars.
3. Daily Interaction with Sandbox
   The MVP will drive daily interaction by linking real-world activities (logged via the app) to in-Sandbox rewards. Activities like attending cultural events or fitness challenges will upgrade NFTs and unlock virtual rewards, creating a continuous loop of engagement between the physical and virtual worlds.
4. Community Governance
   Users will be able to shape the future of Sandbox by participating in the DAO, influencing decisions on new wearables, in-game experiences, and how lifestyle data integrates with the Sandbox platform.

To successfully deliver these outcomes, including development, smart contracts, NFT design, and DAO formation. We propose an updated grant of $4,000. This will ensure high quality execution and a measurable impact on the Sandbox ecosystem, enhancing user engagement and expanding the platform’s utility.

For #3, please spell out how “will upgrade NFTs and unlock virtual rewards” works for Sandbox assets. What does the journey for the end user look like here? For #4, I’m confused about this. How will your project enable your users to participate in the DAO, influence decision on new wearables, and affect in-game experiences? How does the lifestyle data integrate with the Sandbox platform?
