⭐ Open RFP for Charity

Hi all, I’m posting this Request for Proposal (RFP) for charity proposals. If you have a 501(c)(3) or equivalent organization, I’m interested in funding a small grant that we can impact the Sandbox DAO BEFORE AUGUST 30th! If your impact happens after August 30th, then that’s outside the scope of this grant opportunity.

You get funds, we get impact. Win win all around.

Instead of posting new threads with full applications, charitys can reply below, and I’ll evaluate them in this thread. Accepted grants will then get their own thread as all the others do, but already accepted and ready for payment.

Copy paste this application and reply here

Hi!
Thanks for this opportunity.
Quick question before applying: is it possible to apply as a French nonprofit association (recognized under French law 1901), which is the local legal equivalent of a 501(c)(3)?

We can provide full documentation, including our registration proof, website, and details about our activities. Let us know if that’s acceptable.

Thanks in advance!

good Q for @Lanzer

Oui, c’est acceptable.

Okay I totally used Google Translate for that…

Yes, non-American equivalents of 501(c)(3) will work. That was an excellent question, Nova.

@NovaTheMachine I’ll need your application before Monday 30-Jun 2200 EST (Tuesday 1-Aug 0200 UTC) please.

Hi @Lanzer

The association supports single-parent families. I’m not entirely sure if our association fits within the scope of this grant. When you mention “impact”, could you please clarify what kind of impact you’re looking for?

We organize activities like group outings, peer discussion groups, and support events for parents and children. Would this type of social and community support be considered impactful for this grant?

Thanks in advance for your guidance!

Hmm. That’s a good question. Let me think on that and consult some of the charity SIPs that were already approved to get you an answer.
