The Sandbox keep saying this event is absolutely nothing to do with them, so how will the payouts arrive? I assume not through sandbox.game where we bought the NFTs that are absolutely nothing to do with The Sandbox, right?
In short, it’s clear, no one cares, it’s an organization of scammers… They also delete messages in Discord hahahaha
You may misunderstand the structure here, as you’re referring to a singular organization. This event was administered by Johan and Yobike, funded by the DAO, and offered by TSB.
To declare TSB or the DAO scammers is a bit short-sighted, as we’re actively working to understand and resolve the situation as we learn from it to avoid anything like this in the future.
TSB and your DAO’s admin team care deeply about the experiences of every individual in the ecosystem.

I am seeing a slight discrepancy:
59,599 SAND / 162 sets = 367.89 SAND per set
30,492 SAND / 83 sets = 367.37 SAND per set
Everyone else with exactly 1 complete set gets 346 SAND.
I dont see a reason why people with multiple sets gets a higher amount per set according to the rules of the prize pools… Guessing there may be a flaw in the algorithm used in the calculations?

We can re-run the numbers, too… The reason we did that math at all was really just to estimate the true scale of the “losses” incurred through prize pool reduction.
21 SAND isn’t slight to me

I’m asking myself why I received only 346 SAND, although I have 4 different NFTs. Whereas a friend received 21 SAND more with same NFTs.

That’s not exactly how the calculation works.
If a person has 1 NFT in 4 different categories, he’ll get 346 Sand (he’ll have spent 320 to get them), because 1 quadruplet and 1 triplet can be made with his NFTs.
If you have 3 NFTs in 4 categories, you’ll get 3 quadruplets, but 4 triplets, because you can make 4 different triplets with 3 NFTs in 4 categories. Demonstration:
Triplet #1: 3 Mug / 3 Quad / 3 Car / 3 Boat => 2 Mug / 2 Quad / 2 Car / 3 Boat
Triplet #2: 2 Mug / 2 Quad / 2 Car / 3 Boat => 1 Mug / 1 Quad / 2 Car / 2 Boat
Triplet #3: 1 Mug / 1 Quad / 2 Car / 2 Boat => 0 Mug / 1 Quad / 1 Car / 1 Boat
Triplet #4: 0 Mug / 1 Quad / 1 Car / 1 Boat => 0 Mug / 0 Quad / 0 Car / 0 Boat
It’s mathematical, which is why we had to develop an algorithm that determines the number of triplets and quadruplets based on the number of NFTs owned in the 5 NFT categories in the collection on February 3 at 11:59pm.
So, if you own 83 NFT in 4 categories, you can make 83 quadruplets and 110 triplets, and if you own 162 NFT in 4 categories, you can make 162 quadruplets and 216 triplets.
Our algorithm takes all possibilities into consideration and defines the amount to be paid to each wallet. It’s been tested and retested.

I’ve checked the blockchain and you sold 24 NFT before the end of the event.
9 NFT were sold on February 3rd at 2:19pm and 15 NFT were sold at 7:40pm, so you were in possession of 76 NFT when the Event closed at 11:59pm.
I had 1 Kit / 1 Quad / 1 Car / 1 Boat – how many triplets is that?
My friend and I have the same. I got 346 SAND and he received 21 SAND more.
@lilyrose you have 1 quadruplet and 1 triplet, so you may received 346 Sand.

How was I supposed to know that the event ends at 23.59 if I didn’t know that there is this forum and the rules are written here. If I went to the site sandbox.game and saw information about the event it was until 03.02.2025 03:00 pm uts.
When the event on the site ended, I started selling NFTs 03:19 pm and 08:40 pm uts.
And you are engaged in fraud…

oic, makes sense now.
I was under the wrong impression that 3 NFT pool = 3 new NFT: Quad + Car + Boat. 
Makes sense too, this way 3 NFT pool will reward collectors of multiple sets slightly more, i didnt realize that when reading the rules.
I was also affected by the snapshot time and date.
Guess it is a miscommunication… When there is no snapshot time specified on the event page, i expected it to be the standard 2 pm UTC +0 which TSB always uses… Didnt expect it to be 2359 HRS UTC +1.
I am a victim too and sold some NFTs between the 2 timings. 
It’s not miscommunication, it’s called fraud. If you don’t publish the terms and conditions…
They even updated the T&Cs on another event the other day because I highlighted how I’d been defrauded. I was told they mentioned the clause on another event two years ago in a single comment on Discord that I apparently was supposed to have found and read.
I must clarify that there was absolutely no malicious intent on behalf of The Sandbox Game nor the DAO’s Admin Team. We’re here to try to help make opportunities available to the community. We’re thankful for the feedback about this SIP, as we strive to constantly improve.
