The Special Council only evaluates what the DAO team sends them, and the DAO Team only sends them a [completed SIP template](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1aUvImmUTDX8vKd5wqrehgMh0UB04ztZYebT5Fyv8fbY/edit) emailed to [sip@sandboxdao.com](mailto:sip@sandboxdao.com). What you have here is a SIP idea, which is where other SandFam people input on it before the SIP author fills out the SIP template and sends it to the DAO team. I wouldn’t expect the DAO team to input much on a SIP idea, although sometimes they do. ---
