SIP-12: Run a Sandbox Academy in the Philippines

Hello all, It recently came to our attention that @markbagogames has sold the LAND that was part of this SIP allowance and supposed to be solely used to host the experiences developped by the Sandbox Academy students. This is a violation of the terms of the SIP. Mark had to do it for personnal financial reason that I wont detail here.
