We are pleased to share that WakeUp Labs has completed and published The Sandbox Execution Verifier (SEV), a project funded by The Sandbox DAO Grant Program.
What it is. SEV is an open‑source tool that enables any community member to independently verify that DAO‑approved off‑chain instructions were executed on‑chain exactly as specified. The goal is to strengthen transparency, reduce manual reconciliation, and build collective trust in funded initiatives.
During development, we reviewed the platform with Juan Pablo from the DAO and ran short interviews to ensure that the tool solve practical needs and remain simple to adopt.
Deliverables
• Verification engine: hashing, parsing, and matching of instructions against on‑chain events, with clear discrepancy reporting.
• Front end: interface to paste different type of tasks and view results of different transactions happening in the DAO.
• Open‑source repository under the MIT License.
• Technical documentation and a step‑by‑step user guide.
Expected impact
• Community empowerment: any holder or delegate can verify without waiting for manual reports.
• Lower operational friction: admins and consultants can focus on strategy instead of manual reconciliation.
• Future extensibility: a modular architecture to add new modules and workflows as needs evolve.

I love the results shown in the video. I’ll need to schedule a meeting because I don’t have the necessary permissions to review the platform’s functionality myself.
Additionally, for the final milestone, I believe it’s important to onboard the DAO Team so they can register the first task on the platform.

We’re excited to let you know that our team has completed all the changes requested by the DAO for the Sandbox Execution Verifier. Here’s a quick recap of what’s been addressed:

Navigation between views: smoother flow with clearer access via the logo, “Tasks,” and a new “Create task” button.

Priority filter: filtering logic enabled (Superhigh, High, Medium, Low).

Hashing: confirmed the process is always automatic, with details added to the README for clarity.

Task authorization: improved reliability by standardizing input columns.

Task liquidation: removed the “Technical verification” and “Execution” columns.

Vault task creation: added the Vault task and requested fields after further validation.
As shared earlier, some requests (data dashboard, new task states, email notifications, and highlighted justifications) remain outside the current scope. We still see great value in them and believe they could be strong candidates for a future phase or grant.
With these updates, we’re officially closing Milestone 3 (QA & Deployment).
A big thank you for your feedback, patience, and collaboration along the way. We’re looking forward to seeing how the community uses SEV and to keep building on your ideas in the next iterations.
