Per @yuelwolf feedback from the SDGP conversion Sandbox Gateway into Roblox's 97M DAU - #10 by yuelwolf - I have made some adjustments specifically:
- Adjusting the integration costs given the current API limitations
- Adjusting the milestones to be paid based on reaching the 50K user milestones
I wasn’t sure if I should be editing the original proposal, but I’ve included below the updated Budget + Workplan (adjusted to $37K)
Sandbox Integration - $6000 USD
- Identity Bridge via Discord and verify account on Sandbox
- Playside Development - $6000 USD

- Design / UX / QA - $5,000 USD
- User interface design, user experience optimization
- Marketing & Education - $15,000 USD
- User acquisition campaigns, KOL Partnerships
- Operational Support - $5,000 USD
- Project management, community support, ongoing maintenance during initial phase
Key Deliverables for Core Development (less Marketing Budget)
Phase 1: Foundation (By Month 1)
• Technical specification and architecture documentation
• Identity Bridge MVP development and testing
• Initial API integration between Play3/Playside and Sandbox systems - functionalities for account creation and asset ownership verification.
• Security infrastructure implementation
Success Criteria: Functional prototype allowing test accounts to link Roblox and Sandbox identities
Budget Release: 30% = $6600
Phase 2: Core Features (By Month 2)
Key Deliverables:
• Quest-to-Earn system implementation
• Quest Design and Rewards Integrations
• Beta testing environment setup
Success Criteria: Closed beta with 50 users completing quests and earning rewards
Budget Release: 30% l = $6600
Phase 3: Launch (By Month 3)
Key Deliverables:
• Full platform integration
•Brand campaign tools development
• Campaign Launch with Rewards Activation and KOL Partnerships
• Public beta launch
Success Criteria: Achievement of user milestones (12,500, 25,000, 37,500, 50,000 new users).
Budget Release: 10% per every 12,500 Users up to the remaining 40%
