Q3 Evaluation Factor – Specific
This grant aims to organize a 3-stop community outreach tour in Nigeria (Lagos, Abuja, and Kaduna), focusing on introducing local youth and underserved communities to Web3 and The Sandbox ecosystem. We will host free in-person sessions, featuring interactive workshops on digital ownership, creative opportunities in the metaverse, and the social impact of NFTs and virtual real estate. The goal is to onboard at least 150 new users and support them in creating Sandbox accounts, avatars, and first experiences on the platform.

Milestone 1 – Pre-Event Campaigns (30%)
Build awareness through social media (X, Instagram) and community outreach.
Publish 3 educational threads and 1 podcast episode explaining The Sandbox.
Recruit 3 local volunteers for logistics.
Milestone 2 – Event Execution (50%)
Host 3 physical events in Lagos, Abuja, and Kaduna.
Reach a minimum of 50 attendees per event.
Distribute printed materials and merch.
Conduct hands-on workshops on wallet creation, Sandbox registration, and avatar setup.
Milestone 3 – Post-Event Impact Report (20%)
Publish a public recap thread per event with photo/video proof.
