This grant aims to make onboarding into The Sandbox frictionless and fun for new users. By producing bi-weekly short-form videos and running monthly game nights, we’ll help players move from curiosity to active participation in under a month.

The end goal is to increase awareness, reduce learning curves, and foster repeat engagement within The Sandbox by showing users how to play, create, and participate, starting from zero.

No additional context is needed; this is a plug-and-play content + community funnel tailored for The Sandbox ecosystem. The video will include some cebuano words in some video

This grant is directly aligned with The Sandbox’s core mission to onboard creators and players into a vibrant, user-driven metaverse. Our content reduces friction, provides easy-to-digest learning moments, and fosters community-led discovery.

We’re also responding to real user feedback asking for lightweight, engaging onboarding. The format is designed to fit right into the daily habits of Web2-curious users, bringing them closer to the product, people, and purpose of The Sandbox.

The full initiative will be completed before August 30, 2025.
