The Sandbox Community Sessions ran from August 1–30, 2025 and was designed to strengthen visibility, trust, and collaboration across the Sandbox DAO ecosystem. Across three facilitated sessions, we brought together contributors from various roles to to share experiences, reflect on challenges, and build cross-role empathy.

In total, we worked closely with @Lanzer and conducted outreach to over 150 community members, and engaged 20+ attendees across 3 sessions. We’re encouraged by the strong feedback and believe these sessions offer a model for lightweight, community-led engagement in the future.
