This grant will deliver a structured, 1-month engagement programme to activate connection, trust, and collaboration across the Sandbox DAO. Outcomes include:
- 3 facilitated live sessions (on Zoom/Google Meets) that bring together key stakeholder groups (voxel artists, KOLs, landowners, builders, ambassadors, etc.)
- Facilitated dialogue to foster cross-role understanding and a shared sense of purpose
- A storytelling artifact (e.g. video, post series, infographic) showcasing community voices
- A high-impact X Space on or around August 30, integrating the planning and delivery of the SDGP closing X Space and serving as the capstone event for SDGP and DAO-wide visibility
All outcomes are focused on strengthening the people layer of the Sandbox ecosystem - amplifying global participation and spotlighting successful collaboration.

This initiative strengthens:
- People - Deepens community ties, especially between often-siloed stakeholder segments
- Purpose - Fosters cultural cohesion and collaborative norms within a growing DAO
- Participation - Offering a public, celebratory moment to spotlight DAO-funded work
To ensure the effectiveness of the programme, we propose to track:
- Participant approval rating: At least 8/10 satisfaction across all sessions (via feedback forms)
- Engagement KPIs:
- 30+ unique participants across sessions
- At least 50 Sandbox DAO members attending the final X Space
- Storytelling artifact published on DAO forum and/or official DAO channels
- Representation: Minimum 4 stakeholder groups represented across sessions
Q7 Evaluation Factor – Timely
- Week of July 22: Kickoff and programme confirmation
- August 1–August 25: Run three live facilitated community sessions
- August 30: Deliver final X Space event
- By September 1: Submit storytelling output and final impact report
All activities will be completed by August 30, 2025, aligning with the SDGP closeout.
