Calling all creators, landowners, delegates, and contributors — the Sandbox DAO is global, but how often do we truly connect beyond our own silos?

We’re excited to announce Community Connect, a month‑long series funded by the Sandbox DAO Grants Program and hosted by NewCampus to foster cross‑role understanding, visibility, and collaboration within our community.

Shoutout to @Lanzer for supporting these sessions through the SDGP Community Engagement & Charity grant!

Across three interactive Google Meet sessions and a final X Space capstone event, we’ll:

  • Strengthen relationships across roles and geographies

  • Create space for underrepresented voices

  • Celebrate the amazing projects funded through the Sandbox DAO grants program

These sessions are about you – the builders, creators, and contributors who make Sandbox what it is.

:tada: Sandbox Community Connect: Final Recap

In August, we came together for three live sessions to strengthen trust, visibility, and collaboration across the Sandbox DAO. This was made possible through the approved grant with NewCampus.

:light_bulb: Small Groups, Big Conversations

We reached out to 150+ members and welcomed 20+ participants across grantee teams, landowners, voxel artists, and community leaders. While the groups were small, the conversations were deep, with sessions rated 8.6/10 on average.

Biggest win: giving voice to contributors who don’t always get the spotlight and reconnecting the DAO on a human level.

As our capstone, we created a storytelling video artefact capturing the energy, voices, and reflections from the sessions.
