2. We got the ladies to play around with their avatars as a way to keep them engaged. We’re also working on another workshop soon.

For the BuildHER Sandbox event, we tracked attendees’ progress journey from awareness → registration → attendance → engagement → post-event retention, measuring key metrics like sign-ups, participation, and follow-ups. We used tools like Luma, Google Sheets, and Google forms to monitor conversion rates at each stage.
