Just to clarify, when we refer to retention in this context, we mean retention during the conference itself—essentially, participants staying engaged and active throughout the event.
We usually follow this up with workshops to help participants become contributing members of the Sandbox community, but as you’ll recall, we had to leave those out this time due to budget constraints.
