Q3 Evaluation Factor – Specific

This grant aims to launch a 3-month Web3 empowerment program for 15 single adults from the Gathering Place of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in [Abakaliki Nigerian Stake]. These participants will receive hands-on training in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency trading, NFTs, DeFi, content creation, and other key Web3 concepts.

The program will cover:

1. Crypto Trading Fundamentals understanding markets, risk management, and responsible trading practices.

2. Blockchain Literacy – how different blockchains operate and how to navigate them effectively.

3. NFT Minting & Creation – step-by-step process of designing, minting, and listing NFTs.

4. Content Creation in Web3 creating digital content that engages communities and promotes blockchain projects.

5. Practical Web3 Skills using wallets, exploring DeFi platforms, interacting with dApps, and securing digital assets.

To ensure no one is excluded, participants without devices will be provided computers or smartphones so they can fully participate in both learning and practical sessions.

By the end of the program, each participant will have: computers and smartphones — to participants who lack access to digital devices.

Completed at least one personal or group blockchain-based project (such as an NFT collection, educational Web3 content series, or trading strategy).

Gained the skills to explore blockchain opportunities independently.

Built confidence to contribute to the Web3 ecosystem as traders, creators, or developers.

Q4 Evaluation Factor – Measurable

Milestone 1 – Participant Selection & Onboarding (20% Payment)

Select and confirm 15 single adult participants from the Gathering Place.

Conduct initial orientation session introducing Web3 concepts and program objectives.

Identify participants lacking gadgets and allocate resources accordingly.

Milestone 2 – Web3 Training & Practical Workshops (50% Payment)

Deliver a 4-week intensive Web3 curriculum covering: blockchain fundamentals, crypto wallets, NFT creation, DeFi basics, smart contracts overview, and security best practices.

Provide participants with guided, hands-on exercises to reinforce learning.

Supply gadgets to identified participants without access to necessary devices.

Milestone 3 – Project Development & Showcase (30% Payment)

Each participant completes and presents an individual or group blockchain-related project.

Projects can include NFTs, small dApps (using no-code tools), DeFi participation strategies, or Web3-based content creation.

Host a closing event to showcase projects, share experiences, and connect participants with mentors or online Web3 communities.

The program will run for 3 months and be completed before the SGDP deadline.

Month 1: Participant selection, onboarding, and gadget distribution. Begin core Web3 and trading basics training.

Month 2: Deep dive into NFT minting, blockchain navigation, and hands-on trading practice.

Month 3: Content creation in Web3, project development, and showcase event.

Milestones are aligned with this timeline for easy tracking.

Q8 Evaluation Factor – Disclosure

15 single adults from the Gathering Place of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Around 6–8 participants will receive laptops or smartphones to enable participation.

Facilitator Benefit:

The primary facilitator ([Abraham Eze]) will expand their role as a Web3 educator, gain more community connections, and develop potential collaborations from participant projects.

Participant Benefit:

Access to Web3 training, crypto trading skills, NFT minting expertise, blockchain navigation ability, and content creation strategies.

Hands-on project experience that can serve as a portfolio for future opportunities.
