Q6 Evaluation Factor – Realistic
The impact of this grant is practical, achievable, and directly aligned with The Sandbox ecosystem’s goals of education, engagement, and community growth.
For the People:
By creating 14 digital visuals (infographics, digital art, and ecosystem explainers) and a dedicated banner for X, I will provide content that makes Sandbox’s updates easy to understand, share, and engage with. This ensures the community—both newcomers and Web3 natives—can interact with Sandbox content in a way that feels accessible and exciting.
For the Product:
The digital workshop materials (a one-page “What is Sandbox?” guide, a pamphlet, and 20 community stickers) will serve as lifetime assets that simplify Sandbox’s vision, values, and ecosystem. These resources can be reused across webinars, workshops, and events—continuing to provide value long after the grant ends.
For the Purpose:
This project supports Sandbox’s mission of building a strong, informed, and engaged community. The outputs will:
Boost engagement on X through eye-catching, community-driven visuals.
Strengthen educational outreach through clear and reusable learning materials.
Help community members feel more connected to Sandbox, while also attracting new audiences.
Q7 Evaluation Factor – Timely
All deliverables will be completed before August 30th, in alignment with the SGDP program timeline. The milestones are structured to ensure smooth progress, accountability, and timely delivery:
Milestone 1 (30%) – Delivery of first batch of 5 visuals (digital art, infographics, ecosystem explainers) in Sandbox theme and style.
Milestone 2 (30%) – Delivery of second batch of 9 visuals plus the X banner.
Milestone 3 (40%) – Delivery of all workshop/community assets: one-page digital guide, pamphlet, and 20 sticker designs, optimized for webinars, community events, and long-term use.
This timeline ensures that the 14 visuals and workshop materials are completed and handed over before the August 30th deadline. Each milestone is clearly linked to the measurable outcomes and tied to grant completion.
