However, I’d like to propose revised Milestones that reflects the setup and activation phase, with clearly defined deliverables that can be published immediately upon completion and which require initial funding to execute.
Updated Milestone 1 – Program Foundation Setup (Preliminary Phase | Month 1)
Requested Amount : $900 (30% of $3,000 grant total)
Objective:
Lay the groundwork for the Web3 education initiative by creating a project plan, recruitment materials, and outreach infrastructure necessary to support onboarding and curriculum development.
Deliverables:

A detailed curriculum outline (Google Doc or PDF) including:
- Module breakdowns for Blockchain Fundamentals, The Sandbox Metaverse, and Voxel Art.

Draft onboarding material for students

A call-to-action flyer or poster for student recruitment.

Once the foundational elements have been developed and funded through Milestone 1, this next phase focuses on executing training, engaging students, and launching community structures. Funding is requested upfront to allow for smooth implementation, with full evidence of deliverables to be submitted upon completion.
Objectives:

Facilitate in-depth training for at least 10 students, covering:

Certify participants upon completion (certificates, submissions, or snapshots will be provided).

Launch and support university-based Web3 communities:
- At least one club will host a Sandbox-focused workshop or project showcase.
Use of Funds:

Revised Milestone 3: Final Impact Delivery & Program Sustainability
Timeline: Month 3
Requested Payment: $900 (30% of $3,000 grant total)
The final milestone focuses on converting educational progress into outcomes by fostering project development, and long-term program sustainability. To execute this effectively, we request funds upfront. All deliverables will be fulfilled during this phase and evidence of completion will be submitted upon close of the milestone.
Objectives:

Support at least one student-led blockchain project or startup, ideally utilizing The Sandbox platform or tools introduced during training.

Facilitate real-world opportunities by connecting a minimum of 10 trained participants to internships, freelance gigs, or entry-level Web3 roles, including pathways into The Sandbox ecosystem or aligned partner networks.

Conduct a final reflection/report phase to measure and document the initiative’s total impact and outline the roadmap for future growth.
Use of Funds:

Mentorship, coaching, and project support resources for the top students who successfully completes the program.
