Q6 Evaluation Factor – Realistic
The grant will significantly expand The Sandbox ecosystem’s reach and developer base in Africa, a region with immense untapped talent and growing interest in digital innovation. By training and certifying at least 10 African students in blockchain and Web3, the program will introduce new creators, developers, and entrepreneurs capable of building immersive experiences, games, assets, and tools within The Sandbox platform.

Timeline for Completion (3–4 Months):
Month 1: Finalize curriculum, onboard 10 students, and partner with a university.
Month 2: Begin intensive Web3/Sandbox training; form 3 campus clubs; host one workshop.
Month 3: Complete training and certification; launch 2 student-led blockchain projects; connect students to internships or gigs.
Month 4: Expand to 2 active university clubs; support project development; compile final impact report and outcomes.

Beneficiaries of the Grant:
Primary beneficiaries are African students from my Web3-focused WhatsApp community, many of whom are aspiring developers, designers, and entrepreneurs. They are affiliated with various universities and tech communities across Africa. Through this grant, they gain access to free Web3/Sandbox training, certification, mentorship, and job/project opportunities. Their skills will contribute directly to The Sandbox ecosystem through project creation and community building.
