Improved Milestone #2 with Reach Metrics:

Milestone #2 – Blog: “Negotiating as a Web3 Builder”

A storytelling + educational blog published on:

Medium (vicwritesall.medium.com)

Mirror.xyz (for Web3-native readership)

Cross-posted on X (@vicwritesall)

Content Focus:

Real-life negotiation breakdowns with clients and DAO leads.

Dos and don’ts for designers, writers, and devs.

Visual templates for negotiation clarity (using Canva or Figma links).

Success Metrics:

500+ blog views across all platforms

100+ total engagements on X (likes, reposts, bookmarks)

10+ replies/comments across platforms (X, Mirror, Discord)

3+ quote posts/remixes from other creators

Shared in at least 2 relevant DAO or contributor Discords (TSB, SuperteamNG, or Forefront)

These metrics will be tracked through Medium analytics, X post insights, and Discord post links/screenshots. A public Notion or Google Doc dashboard will summarize progress per milestone.

AMENDED RESPONSE FOR Q6 – REALISTIC

My blog content will be published on Mirror.xyz (Web3-native publishing), Medium (for broader SEO reach), and cross-posted on X (Twitter). All content will be written with discoverability in mind, using tags, crosslinks, and mentions of TSB contributors and use cases.

How this integrates with the TSB ecosystem:

  1. TSB Contributor Highlighting:
Every blog or tutorial will feature real or hypothetical scenarios involving TSB contributors (writers, developers, and community leads). This storytelling format helps new entrants understand how TSB supports contributors and how to plug into the ecosystem.

  2. TSB Distribution Points:
    Blogs will be:

Shared in TSB Discord under relevant channels (content, creator updates, etc.)

Pitched to be included in the TSB Mirror blog roundup or newsletters.

Shared with TSB-aligned DAOs (e.g., Forefront, Superteam, DAOist) for reblogs and quote shares.

  1. Call-to-action toward TSB:
Each article ends with a CTA to:

Join the TSB Discord or specific channels

Explore other contributor-led resources in TSB

Apply for bounties or community roles via TSB tools

  1. Content Discovery Tags:
Blogs will use discovery tags like #TSB, #Web3Contributor, and #DAOTooling, making them more relevant to both internal and external readers looking to explore what TSB enables.

  2. Measured Success:
Integration success will be measured by:

Number of TSB Discord shares

Comments and reposts from TSB contributors

Blog mentions by TSB team or curation tools (e.g., Highlight, Zora)

This structured approach ensures the blogs are not isolated personal posts but tightly connected to the TSB ecosystem through platforms, narratives, and distribution.

My blog content will be published on Medium (for broader SEO reach), and cross-posted on X (Twitter) via @vicwritesall.

Each post will be written with discoverability in mind, using tags, crosslinks, mentions, and embedded content related to TSB contributors, DAOs, and relevant use cases.

TO INTEGRATE INTO THE TSB ECOSYSTEM:

➥ Articles will highlight real negotiation experiences and lessons from DAO spaces like TSB, making them relatable and useful to contributors.

➥ Visual templates and dos/don’ts from the blog will be adapted into shareable formats and promoted in TSB’s Discord or through contributors’ servers (e.g., SuperteamNG).

I’ll submit the blog posts to TSB’s community team or contributors for signal-boosting and community discussion.

➥ A public Notion/Google Doc dashboard will track views, engagements, comments, and remix activity, making progress transparent and accountable.

This plan ensures the blog isn’t just personal, it becomes a resource tailored to the TSB contributor experience, helping current and aspiring builders navigate negotiations with confidence.

Very nice! I like the effort you’ve put into your work.

So if you’re already writing this content and others, how will the $2500 to purchase high performance laptop improve that quality?

While I’ve been able to publish content with my current setup, my work is currently limited by hardware performance and access to premium creative tools.

The $2,500 grant is not solely for a high-performance laptop, it also supports essential subscriptions and software that directly enhance the quality, consistency, and reach of my TSB-focused content.

  1. High-Performance Laptop (~$1,200–$1,500)

➥ Enables smooth use of tools like Figma, Canva, and video editing software (Premiere Pro).

➥ Supports multitasking across content writing, design, and publishing without crashes or lag.

➥ Allows for quicker turnaround on timely posts related to TSB bounties, contributors, or DAO moments.

  1. Premium Tools & Subscriptions (~$1,000 total for 1 year):

➥ Canva Pro – For creating branded visuals, diagrams, and negotiation templates.

➥ Freepik Premium – Access to quality design assets for storytelling visuals.

➥ Adobe Premiere Pro – For editing short tutorials or story-based videos.

➥ Notion Premium – For progress tracking, content dashboards, and sharing documentation with the community.

➥ X (Twitter) Premium Plus – To increase post visibility and unlock longer posts, articles and analytics for X-based engagement.

➥ Other tools (e.g., Grammarly Pro, Mirror gas fees, domain hosting, backup storage) – Supporting a consistent publishing workflow.

These resources allow me to publish more professional, engaging, and discoverable content that highlights TSB contributors, tools, and opportunities.

They reduce friction in my workflow, helping me stay consistent and timely in supporting the TSB ecosystem with content that educates, inspires, and activates new contributors.

Ahhhh. I see now. Okay thank you.

Okay so you have a pretty good plan. I’m pretty close to accepting it.

What I need you to add to Q3 specifics, is a how you will publish all those content pieces and where. I want you to also include publishing them here, and on sandbox discord, please. When I read it, I need to walk away knowing where to look for your content when it’s published.

Second, I want to ask you about integrating some light native language in your content. I’m not asking you so the whole piece in your native language, maybe like the intro or farewell, or using some fun and interesting words/phrases when it makes sense. I want people to read your content and get the feel of which culture you represent.

Add your plan to Q3 specifics

Thoughts?

That would make this content very valuable to SandFam in engaging different communities around the world, such as yours

I understand.

Will do that immediately, just a little bit of patient to compile and be sure of it.

Also my native language is English no external.

Hope that’s cool?

Wait what… Your native language is English?

What culture do you represent?

I am a Nigerian, and our primary language is English.

Would it be pleasant if I add pidgin English to my tone of writing?

But for the hook part where am to spicy words, I am good at doing that.

I don’t know if you’re active on my X profile to have noticed my style of writing for projects and personal thoughts topics?

Updated Q3 – Specific (Detailed Grant Outcomes)

This grant will fund the creation and publishing of contributor-focused content that highlights real project journeys, tools, negotiation tips, and storytelling around project building in Web3 specifically tied to the Sandbox DAO ecosystem.

I will deliver:

➥ 5 blog posts: Deep dives on contributor strategies, DAO decision-making, and creative growth using The Sandbox DAO as reference.

➥ 3 visual threads: Well-designed X (Twitter) threads breaking down toolkits, contributor wins, and governance moments.

➥ 2 storytelling tutorials: Short-form posts teaching other contributors how to write, pitch, and build public-facing project stories that highlight Sandbox DAO tools.

Where content will be published:

➥ X (Twitter): as both article and thread formats for visibility and engagement. (https://x.com/vicwritesall)

➥ Medium & Dev.to: for long-form SEO and dev-focused content.
• Dev.to: VictoWrite 🌳 - DEV Community

• Medium: Understanding SIP Voting: Empowering The Sandbox DAO Community | by Victoran | Jun, 2025 | Medium

➥ Sandbox DAO Mirror Blog (when accepted): content pitched to be featured or co-published here.

➥ Sandbox DAO Discord: posted in #creator-updates, #content-sharing, or related channels, for DAO members to access directly.

➥ Sandbox DAO Forum or Governance Threads: where contextually appropriate, content summaries or insights will be linked.

Cultural Integration:

To make my content resonate with diverse communities, I will integrate light Nigerian Pidgin English elements where suitable such as greetings, storytelling transitions, or closings.

For example:

➥ Introductions may start with phrases like “How far SandFam?” or “Make we run am…”

➥ Call-to-actions may use relatable slang: “No dull, join DAO make we dey build together.”

This blend helps signal my cultural roots while keeping the content accessible to global readers.

It also shows how The Sandbox DAO is reaching and supporting creators from all corners of the world.

Excellent. Thank you for blending your cultural roots while keeping content accessible. I hope you don’t feel that this is tokenistic or unauthentic. I’m hoping to achieve the opposite, a genuine blend that celebrates your background
