Hey @Victoran ! How is everything progressing

Yes sir, completing my milestone this weekend.

I didn’t see a response to my questions to you on June 19th, please take a look at those when you can

I did responded sir.

Let me tag you to it.

@Lanzer here is the response.

I see now…next time please distinguish those answers separately, I didn’t realize you put the answers in the reformatted Milestones.

I didn’t see any communication from that your newly proposed milestones had changed and why. Because I had to notice this myself, I have to ask all these questions to understand this better, otherwise I won’t be able to approve the change.

I asked

Milestone 1 is good to go except that you originally had 1 blog, 2 visuals/thread, and now you have 1 blog 1 thread and 1 meme. Where did the meme come from?

You answered

  • Publish intro content (1 blog, 1 thread, 1 meme for engagement)

I need more please. Why did you change it to a meme from a visual/thread?

I asked

Milestone 2 has different numbers from the one you put in now. The original one had 12 pieces of educational content. This has 6 and introduces memes. Please help me why it’s different.

You answered

6 educational pieces (vs 12 originally due to new quality-focused approach

Please provide more context. Was the original 12 NOT all quality-focused? What happened that caused you to want to lessen the quantity?

I asked

Milestone 3
Introduces memes again and is very different from what was originally proposed. Please give insight into why this is different.

You answered

Why different from original?
Originally, 12 content pieces were planned.
After testing milestone 1, I realized that quality, not quantity, drives better reach and engagement.
The 6 deliverables will be thoroughly researched, well-designed, and platform-optimized.
Memes were also added here as feedback shows they drive more clicks and shares.

What is blog vs thread vs meme breakout of the 6 content pieces? How will your “researched, well-designed, and platform-optimized” be different from what you originally planned to do?

I asked

Milestone 4
Looks good. Please add that you will post the summary here on the forums as well. What determines if the optional collab will happen?

You answered

This depends on traction from previous content. If any regional creators engage, share, or respond to earlier content, I’ll reach out for a simple collab or co-authored content. If no traction appears, I’ll deliver the case study solo. Preformatted text

Okay, understood. That makes sense. Thank you.

Should we still maintain the initial milestones or the adjusted one?

I am always open to make amends sir.

Whatever gets us to a place where either

  1. I understand why you made the changes and how it will give the sandbox ecosystem the same value…

  2. Or we go back to what you originally proposed. But if what you originally proposed isn’t possible anymore than we have to revisit #1

Which way do you want to go??

Let’s maintain the original proposal then.

It’s still aligns much more.

Okay, sounds good. Do me a favor, please repost your Q3 Milestone here so that we can reset the conversation fresh.

Q3 Evaluation Factor – Specific

This grant will enable me to acquire essential content creation tools, namely a high-performance laptop, a reliable internet router, and productivity gear (e.g., microphone, lighting, backup storage) to produce high-quality written and visual content for Web3 projects.

With this setup, I will:

Create and publish weekly educational content (threads, blogs, and visuals) tailored for The Sandbox and other Web3 communities.

Design and deliver visual storytelling assets to promote project updates, community initiatives, and onboarding campaigns.

Run monthly campaigns or content challenges to increase visibility and interaction for partnered projects.

Offer freelance creative support (copywriting, branding, social visuals) to up-and-coming creators and builders in the ecosystem.

The end result is a self-sustaining creator setup that consistently delivers professional-grade content to grow awareness, educate users, and amplify The Sandbox ecosystem without being limited.

I’m so sorry, I meant Q4 Measurables, not Q3 Specific.

Okay sir on it.

Q4 Evaluation Factor – Measurable

Milestone 1 (30%) – Setup & Launch:
Purchase laptop, router, and content tools. Set up a dedicated workspace. Publish an introductory content plan and first 3 pieces (1 blog, 2 visuals/threads).

Milestone 2 (40%) – Consistent Content Delivery:
Over 6 weeks, deliver 12+ pieces of educational or promotional content (blogs, threads, graphics) focused on The Sandbox ecosystem. Engage community feedback and track reach metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach).

Milestone 3 (30%) – Community Activation & Collaboration:
Host 2 content challenges or collaboration campaigns with creators or projects. Document outcomes. Report on content growth and engagement impact within The Sandbox and related Web3 spaces.

Okay, great reset! I would like you to structure it like you did in Post #59 (link), which had Milestone #, Deliverables, and Description.

Instead of posting a new response, just edit your Post #75 please. Thank you!

  1. Add Milestone 4 from Post #59 and where it says “1 summary thread” change to “1 summary X thread”
  2. Use post #59s percentages for the 4 milestones: 40, 20, 20, 20

Everything else looks good.
