Hi! I’m just a SandFam (what we call a Sandbox community member), not part of the Sandbox Company or Sandbox DAO.
Some of the ways I’ve been exploring this is by taking lessons learned from ApeCoin DAO and CityDAO and the OG Ethereum DAO. They have informed the SIPs that I proposed, such as the Governance Working Group or Revenue Options SIPs. As for why Snapshot was used instead of Tally, or Discourse instead of another forum software, you’ll need to ask @Cyril , the Sandbox DAO Administrator.
Sandbox DAO has only existed since May 28, 2024. It’s still playing out how exactly we want the DAO to function. I have a podcast devoted to where I have that conversation with all sorts of SandFam.
