Proposal Description:
This project aims to increase the visibility and adoption of The Sandbox within the Spanish-speaking community through the creation of educational, informative, and strategic content. Through 12 pieces of multimedia content —including videos, web posts, reels, and social media threads— we will explain what The Sandbox is, how it works, which projects already exist on the platform, and what opportunities are available for creators, players, and developers.
Additionally, we will spotlight projects that have already received grants, showcasing their achievements and demonstrating to the community how The Sandbox ecosystem is coming to life. The approach is educational, inspirational, and practical—designed for both new users and Web3 ecosystem members who have yet to explore Sandbox.
1. Project Overview
This project aims to boost the adoption and understanding of The Sandbox ecosystem among the Spanish-speaking community by creating educational and awareness-driven content in Spanish. The focus is on covering both existing developments and new initiatives from builders who have received grants, adding visibility, clarity, and accessibility to everything happening inside The Sandbox metaverse.
The project will be led by me, Roberto Sanz, a professional content creator with an established community and experience working with leading blockchain brands. Content will be distributed across multiple channels, including YouTube, newsletters, podcasts, social media, and my personal blog.
Main goal:
To create 12 high-quality and relevant pieces of content (videos, reels, articles, podcasts, threads, and newsletters), strategically spread over time, to attract and educate new users in The Sandbox.
Target audience:
Spanish-speaking users interested in blockchain, Web3, and the metaverse who have not yet interacted with The Sandbox, as well as developers and creators looking to build within this ecosystem.
2. Problem Identification
Currently, The Sandbox lacks regular and accessible coverage in Spanish. Despite its potential and achievements, most of the content is only available in English, which limits engagement from the highly active Spanish-speaking Web3 community.
Additionally, builders who have received grants do not have a clear space for exposure to share their work or success stories. This creates a barrier for new users and creators who have no reference or educational resource to begin their journey in Sandbox.
3. Solution Approach
The solution is to create an informative and educational space in Spanish about The Sandbox, led by a well-known Web3 content creator: Roberto Sanz. This initiative will include:

All content will be distributed progressively over time and managed using open tools like Google Docs and Sheets — with no need for extra licenses or additional team recruitment.
4. Impact Measurement
Clear, quantifiable metrics will be tracked:

I am a professional content creator with deep experience in audiovisual production, strategy, communication, and analysis. I manage a robust community across YouTube, newsletters, podcasts, and social media.
I also lead an internal editing and distribution team with over 5 years of collaboration.
Past collaborations include: Binance, Chainlink, Stellar, Elrond, Bybit, Bitget, Polkadot, and more.
