I’m glad we agree that it is exclusive. I’m saying I don’t support that. But I have said my piece. Hopefully someone will suggest a program that will put a significant dent in the need for developers. I would imagine any all inclusive program would have a much bigger pool to select from that would also include the disabled.
Just to rephrase why I don’t support that: What it sounds like to me is:MetaFutura wants to be paid by the Sandbox to create a training program to train disabled people who will later work for Metafutura (for Industry standard pay?) to develop experiences in the Sandbox that will create more income for MetaFutura.
Can I hire these disabled people to build MY experiences? What do you pay your disabled people?

I believe that we are all aware of the limitations to which many people with disabilities are forced, and this, I believe, is an opportunity to broaden the limits of these limitations. There is a real training opportunity and a real job opportunity. Metafutura has always been close to and in collaboration with non-profit associations, but at the moment we could not afford to finance this project and this is why we made the proposal to the DAO of The Sandbox asking for support for a charitable program but with the aim that this capital then makes the people who participate more aware of their abilities and makes them able to develop their own salary, involving them in what we call the metaverse of The Sandbox. We are convinced that this program can change the lives of some people, not so much for the economic level but rather for the valorization that we will give to the individual and the vastness of paths that we could open for many people. Our employment consultant, according to the Italian CCNL legislation, has identified a contractual form that provides for employment of 20 hours per week paid with approximately 1500.00 € per month. Answering your questions, of course if you want to hire a disabled guy and he agrees on hours and pay you can proceed, that is relative to your relationships. While as regards the creation of experiences with Metafutura, we all hope that it can be done, which will lead to a further level of satisfaction and success of the project and certainly to an extension of the collaboration contracts.
However, your thoughts are respected, I don’t have to convince you, we are in a democracy, but I am happy to answer all the questions that may also be useful to others. Dao is needed on purpose!
