@DAO, I was again going through your idea you had earlier this year and would like to have your opinion and others on whether it might not be the good timing to initiate this buy back?

I’d definitely think it’s time. However, I believe under the terms, delegates are not supposed to launch any SIPs due to conflict of interest.
However I’d gladly assist anyone that isn’t a delegate, on this matter.

I do not want to be part of SIPs authors but it does not mean I can not comment, contribute or bring ideas that are supporting landowner economics.
You and I are delegates so no wasn’t speaking to you . I meant any other authors who’d like to take over, I’m open to giving inputs.
That is what I thought initially that were you speaking about yourself but could not found your name in the delegation list so I took it for myself. All good

This needs to be launched immediately, prices are getting lower and lower, premium land is now 1105 sand, this is the first time I’ve seen this
