I’m writing here because I have been facing an unresolved issue regarding my reward from Builder Challenge 3 (BC3).
I successfully participated in the event and followed all the required steps, including the KYC verification, which was completed and approved long before the event(Verified on February 14, 2023). However, even after several weeks of waiting, I have not received my reward, and I have not been informed about the exact amount I am supposed to receive.
I opened a support ticket (CSSD-12520), but so far I haven’t received a clear answer. Later, I was informed that the legal team is reviewing my case due to some “geographical” considerations. This has left me completely uncertain about my situation.
I kindly request the following clarifications:
Confirmation of the exact amount of SAND reward I earned in BC3.
Clear explanation if there are any restrictions or pending issues with my reward payment.
A timeline on when I can expect to receive the reward (or an official statement if the payment is withheld).
As a creator who has been actively contributing to The Sandbox ecosystem for almost 3 years, I believe in the importance of transparency and fairness, especially in handling reward distributions. I hope the team will address this matter publicly to provide clarity for me and for other creators who may be in a similar situation.

Thank you for posting here I hope you will get soon clarity on your case. I am not able to help here but I can use your post to mention that the community outside the builders is not really familiar about the way the BC creators are rewarded. I would love to see a journalist @Lanzer digging into this. 1) because I am curious 2) because it could help the community if a future BC is organized by the DAO to set up the reward part.
My Journalist days are tough to come by right now. I was just elected to a council position in another DAO (equivalent to Sandbox Special Council) and now I’m elected to be a Domain Allocator with 20+ new applications to evaluate.
Not much time left in the day to do SANDDAO episodes like I used to, unfortunately.
Perhaps another motivated SandFam community member would like to take up the mantle and assist Peroxel?
Thank you both for your thoughtful replies. I fully agree with @KCL — bringing more clarity on how BC rewards are handled would definitely help the broader community, especially as future challenges may involve the DAO directly.
