Project Name: Shakes Education and Onboarding Strategies for Sandbox DAO
This project aims to boost education, player onboarding, and creator retention within The Sandbox ecosystem through a multi-channel Web3 content strategy. With a following of over 7,000 on X (formerly Twitter). https://x.com/bigshakesalt , I will produce high-quality threads, videos, gameplay reviews, and educational breakdowns that simplify The Sandbox experience for new users and creators.
Using my connections in the gaming and guild community—including collaborations with top gaming KOLs, Web3 creators, and gaming guilds —I will bring real players into the ecosystem. Through organized game nights, live AMAs, and collaborative campaigns, we will create viral, grassroots-level content that helps newcomers understand, play, and stay engaged with The Sandbox.
The project’s core goal is to demystify The Sandbox for both players and creators while creating a retention-first funnel that empowers real users with tools, knowledge, and a sense of belonging in the ecosystem.

Many users entering The Sandbox are overwhelmed or confused by the onboarding process, ecosystem dynamics, or Game Maker tools. Despite its potential, The Sandbox still faces challenges in:

Feedback from several gaming projects I’ve worked with shows a steep learning curve for newcomers, leading to high drop-off rates. This proposal addresses that gap by using storytelling, content marketing, and community-driven campaigns to solve the friction points in onboarding.
- Solution Approach
This proposal combines targeted education and community-based marketing using a mix of content creation, influencer partnerships, and community gameplay. The core solution includes:

This will be a two-month campaign, broken into two milestones—each measuring 50% of total deliverables.
