Good morning,
Absolutely not convinced of the relevance of using DAO funds for this type of initiative, let me explain:
On the one hand, access to the tools is already available and free for everyone, which means that you can already act without necessarily having to resort to the DAO.
The implementation of your project in partnership with different specialized entities such as the one you cite, namely ANPIS, which is a specialized association and therefore receives funds for its operation, is possible via the European funds received by ANPIS.
I am only citing European funds but in Europe the sources of income for associations of this type are multiple and varied, from local authorities to Europe, including donations and legacies made by benefactors /patrons/companies/etcâŠ
I think you already know this but for those who do not know, I invite you to look at Art23 in the ANPIS statutes and you will understand that DAO funds have no place there .
So if TSB wants to make a donation and have tax advantages, they are free to do so but that is not the vocation of the DAO.,
I would therefore suggest that you turn to ANPIS to receive the funds that you consider useful/necessary, and thus create a close and lasting relationship with this association. Which would be to your credit by the way.
On the other hand accessibility is done via tools which are not the responsibility of TSB, the only points where TSB must be efficient are the fact of respecting the **RGAA and WCAG standards, ** and without getting too far ahead of myself, I am almost certain that TSB meets these standards, or even exceeds them.
Also, on a personal basis, I invite you to turn to the European social fund or any other structure that you deem relevant in order to apply for aid and subsidies.
Sincerely
It is certainly a goal to have the support of Community funds, and we are already working on it. One practice does not exclude the other, indeed this could be an important trailblazer.
I would therefore say it again, it is absolutely NOT the aim of the DAO to replace European/national/local aid and other inflows of money from which this type of initiative benefits.
As for putting this down to âcommunity supportâ, thatâs a bit of a strange argument. Every human will agree that kindness is a good thing and that it supports your initiative.
This in no way justifies the release of funds.
I understand that the subject is close to your heart, so I urge you to launch your own campaign to raise funds. I support you and I am sure that you will find an echo within the âcommunityâ and the population more generally.
In the end you will have a larger audience and you will certainly collect more than what you claim here.
I repeat, no one claims that this form of funding replaces any institutional funding. Perhaps both could be useful for the reasons previously mentioned to the world of Disability and to The Sandbox.
Doesnât it make sense for the DAO to pay for hiring people that are specific to working within the Sandbox? European Union didnât cover the Sandbox specifically.
English: Okay, I understand what you are saying now. Iâm not too familiar with EU aid organizations. Are you aware of any specific organizations their disability hiring program can apply to?
( i also use translator for the english part)
(yes, this is the concern of the translators, sometimes the meaning of the message can be slightly modified.)
To answer your question as well as the needs mentioned here, the best is to turn to ANPIS (Metafuraâs partner association), with its experience it will be able to best guide Metafura in its project.
There is uniformity throughout Europe but each state has its own particularities and I would not venture to speculate on the exact approach to follow.
Generally speaking, government sites also provide valuable information for businesses as well as associations.
