Yesterday we hosted an AMA on X where we had an open and transparent discussion about SIP-34, addressing all the questions and concerns shared by our amazing DAO community.
If you missed the live session, no worries — you can catch the full recording right here: Listen to the recording

Quick reminder: Voting for SIP-34 ends tomorrow!
Huge thanks to everyone who has already cast their vote — your support means the world!
If you haven’t voted yet, we’d love your support to help pass the SIP and continue growing The Sandbox ecosystem together. Every vote counts!
I voted yes. This seems to be a large, well-attended and well-planned activation for the Indian audience. This has not received as much attention as other demographics, and could make valuable inroads in that region.
Here is the copy pasta of the suggestions I’ve made to your team in our private text, for full transparency.
My quote:
My main concern is the need for a LAND sale.
You mentioned that affordability is an issue for existing creators in India, yet you are commiting to a LAND sale that targets a young fanbase. It’s more likely than not that the land sale will not sell out and only add on to the recent dismal sales trend TSB has been facing.
My suggestion would be to expand your existing Bharatverse by adding those IPs to it, with no public land sales. Furthermore, you can assist your existing creators by getting TSB to unlock some of their lands within Bharatverse to allocate to hosting them, temporary or permanent.
I’d also like to see the issue of delegates as a representation addressed, as well as encouraging the creators/players you have to engage in the DAO. Without a foot in the DAO’s door, it’ll be very difficult for you to pass any SIP without someone on the inside understanding the expectations and conveying that to your team.

The Sandbox India (BharatBox) ecosystem continues to grow:
* Total Users: ~500,000
* Active Players: Over 76,000
* Game Maker Creators: Over 70,000 (highest in the world).

I’d like to encourage the team to bring 0.1% of those figures forward to engage with both the TSB and DAO community via live streams, Builder’s Challenge, and DAO forums.
Thank you to everyone who reviewed, voted on, and shared feedback on our proposal. We deeply appreciate the time and input from the DAO community.
Special thanks to all delegates and others who provided transparent and constructive suggestions. We understand the concerns around launching a public LAND sale in the current market and are now rethinking our approach — including expanding BharatVerse without a public sale and finding new ways to support Indian creators.
We also hear you on DAO engagement. We’ll work on bringing more of our community into forums, live streams, and governance initiatives.
Regarding the 90-day resubmission window (ending Nov 7): the main intention of this proposal was to align with India Blockchain Week, including side events and other initiates as mentioned in the SIP. Unfortunately, Nov 7 is too close to the event, leaving little time to plan and make payments in advance for the events mentioned.
That said, we’ll take the feedback onboard and return with a revised, better-aligned proposal in due course.
is it too early to start planning for next year’s IBW?
…perhaps consider a SIP revision for 90 days that prepares for 2026 and includes a clearly defined back up plan in the instance the 2026 IBW doesn’t happen for some reason?
