I might be your first transaction if it can get online in the next few days. I closed on a land estate and we’re in need of an escrow service. OpenSea no longer allows bulk buy of private listings…so that’s a lot of transactions and fees to pay.
I’m looking around for others, GBM’s platform would be very timely if it can be done soon
