We believe it’s very important to encourage players to try different experiences. Having a “quest” mechanism could be an excellent proposal and also a fun dynamic.
When we developed our proposal, our primary goal was to establish guidelines for creating a platform where players can:
- Explore different experiences, search for them, and filter them.
- Consult related analytics.
- Earn rewards through a simple mechanism by trying and rating experiences, provided there is someone willing to pay for it.
We believe this is something that currently doesn’t exist. For example, in The Sandbox version, filters and conditions are controlled under their own rules.
While there are some points of overlap between this project and ours, we’ve always envisioned them as features for a future stage.
However, there is a key difference:
If no one is willing to create or pay for quest rewards, the platform’s entire value proposition weakens.
That said, on our platform, the experiences would still be shared, the analytics would continue to be displayed, and even just 1 user will have access to them.
If we are selected after the vote, we would love to collaborate with you, listen to your ideas, and work to either integrate these features into our project or step aside to allow you to build them in the future. We could even leverage the stack you have already developed!
This approach would help us avoid duplicating efforts in the development!
Additionally, your team’s deep knowledge of The Sandbox ecosystem would be a significant asset to our engineers.
