This is a simplified summary report of the data accrued through a recent poll of our community with 371 participants.
Additional analysis is offered in Ep-001 of the “Diggin’ in the SAND” podcast where we review the raw data, summarize our findings, and begin to address the concerns raised by the community (also discussed in Ep-002 and Ep-004).

This data is quite eye opening! I’m also amazed at how SEA(where I’m at) is the largest cohort of this sample size considering it is one of the most racially and culturally diverse part of the world.
Language definitely is a huge barrier. Heck I’m willing to even bet that many people who wanted to participate in the survey might have been turned away from not being able to communicate in English well.
We sure have work to do in the DAO for 2025! Let’s get Diggin’!
Yeah it was superrrrrrrrrrr interesting to read those responses. It felt really good for Kunta to screen share the actual responses. You could see those transparency, rushed, and not feeling heard comments hitting like an avalanche, they just kept coming. And then Cyril + Kunta went right into the meat of it.
