The Sandbox Learning Arcade.

1. Project Overview

I’m launching The Sandbox Learning Arcade.

a fun, challenge-based 8-week journey that takes people from “just heard about Sandbox” to “I can build and publish inside it.”

Each week, I’ll drop short content (threads, carousels, tutorials) paired with simple quests that guide users step-by-step.

Starting from login and avatar creation, all the way to building their first experience.

Target audience:

  • New creators who need structure

  • Web2 gamers who don’t know how to start

  • Mobile-first users who prefer bite-sized learning

The goal is to make onboarding feel like a game, not a course and help Sandbox grow real creators, not just curious viewers.

2. Problem Identification

Right now, many people join Sandbox but get stuck early. There’s no clear path from login to building.

Some pain points I’ve seen:

“Where do I start?”

“I opened Game Maker, now what?”

“Too much info, not enough focus”

“I wish this was on my timeline, not in forums”

We need education that feels native to social platforms and speaks the way newer users think. That’s where my approach comes

3. Solution Approach

The Sandbox Learning Arcade is a challenge-based education track. Each week includes:

  • 1 clear quest (e.g., Create your first avatar, Publish your first level)

  • 1–2 visual-first posts (X threads, carousels, microblogs)

  • A microsite with a weekly web “magazine” style. Each week you get a fresh homepage drop. Headlines, top tips, featured creators

Kind of like a seasonal gaming event blog but 100% dedicated to The Sandbox

I’ll use my content + frontend skills to make this self-running and easy to follow. No need for hand-holding or big manuals.

Compared to long docs or passive guides, this system is fast, repeatable, and social-first , perfect for new creators who just need direction.

  1. Impact Measurement

Here’s how I’ll track success:

  • User progress (tracked via site): 300+ unique users following quests

  • Content engagement: 10k+ total views, 1k+ likes/comments across drops

  • Creations shared: 50+ UGC submissions tagged from quests

  • Community collabs: 2 campaigns hosted, 5+ creators involved

I’ll also collect testimonials and use polls to track what content helped most.

  1. Technical Implementation & Timeline

  1. Weeks 5-6 content drops + site updates

Mid August | 20% | Published quests + user submissions + community highlights

  1. Week 7-8 (“Showdown”)

Late august | 20% | Showcase of top builds + user feedback.

  1. Full report + metrics + visual wrap-up

6. Team Qualifications

I’m Ser`B. a dev, and content marketer.

I’ve created educational content for DAOs, DeFi tools, and onboarding projects before.

I know how to turn complex products into simple, engaging guides.

This time, I’m combining that with my dev skill to ship something interactive — not just informative.

7. Budget Allocation & Sustainability

The grant funds will be allocated to cover five main areas:

  • Content creation (40%): this includes writing threads, carousels, microblogs, and short video scripts to deliver each weekly quest clearly and attractively.

  • Microsite development (30%): using React to build the web “magazine”-style platform. it goes with hosting the domain with tight security.

Design & visual (30%): templates, icons, banners, and other visuals to keep the experience fresh and high quality.

After the grant, this project can keep running with low maintenance.

The content will stay live on the microsite as an evergreen resource, and future seasonal challenges can be plugged into the same system.

This way, the Sandbox Learning Arcade remains valuable as an onboarding tool long after the initial 8-week program finishes, and can even grow by adding new quests or featuring future creator campaigns.
