Impact Report on Onboarding African Students into Web3 | A Blockchain Education & Development Grant
Dear Lanzer,
I hope this message finds you well.
Please find attached the Impact Report for the Onboarding African Students into Web3 Grant Program, organized by The Crypto Elites and proudly supported by The SandboxDAO.
This report captures the journey and outcomes of the program so far, including:
• Over 70 students onboarded into Web3 fundamentals, metaverse gaming, and NFTs.
• Two workshops that grew in both participation and impact, showing a strong appetite for Web3 knowledge among African students.
• 10+ project submissions, with 6 exceptional finalists who successfully completed all requirements with creativity and dedication.
• Recognition grants of $50 each awarded to top participants, reinforcing the program’s mission of turning learning into tangible action.
One project in particular, by Inioluwa Aroweyun, stood out for its metaverse-inspired gaming concept that integrated storytelling, ownership, and design. It demonstrates the unique creativity emerging from Africa, and how The Sandbox can serve as a platform to amplify these voices globally.
The program has already proven that Africa is not only ready to embrace Web3, but also to contribute new ideas and innovation that align with The SandboxDAO’s mission of empowering builders and creators worldwide. With your support, we have planted the seeds for a generation of young innovators who are eager to explore, design, and thrive in decentralized ecosystems.
Looking ahead, The Crypto Elites is committed to expanding this initiative, scaling its reach, and continuing to position The SandboxDAO as a key enabler of Africa’s Web3 journey.

Hey Wisdom! I edited the evaluation and accepted deliverable 1 & 3.
Can you help me understand where in your impact report is deliverable 2 (Facilitate real-world opportunities by connecting a minimum of 10 trained participants to internships, freelance gigs, or entry-level Web3 roles, including pathways into The Sandbox ecosystem or aligned partner networks.).
Also, could you please create a Google sheet and insert your metrics & analytics of your posts. It would be really helpful to me. Example is here, make sure to make it public please

The original proposal was designed to guide and prepare students for internships and entry-level roles in Web3. We’ve mentored them, provided training, and opened pathways. Securing a role also depends on the students’ interest, initiative, and follow through.
While I remain committed to supporting and connecting them with opportunities, I’m observing their skill strengths so as to assign them the role that best fits. Currently, we are looking out to give Chioma the role of a Content writer, Phenomenon the role of a community moderator, and Ugoeze the role of a social media manager in our community because they have exhibited special strengths in these areas respectively, we reached out and some of them have accepted the role.
Also, we highlighted an exceptional student, Inioluwa who is still upskilling in his creative skills using the Sandbox Gaming Tools.
Attached below are proofs of the intership roles assisgned to the aforementioned students, and an Excel spreadsheet containing data of the Students who participated in our grant program. (verified users)

Successfully in-person onboarded 70+ university students to Web3 as Sandbox players, creators, and builders. Hosted 2 conference sessions, facilitated 10+ student creation projects, and awarded $600 USDC in grants to 6 distinguished projects.
