[Humor] Should we prepare SAND.FUN?

[Humor] Should we prepare SAND.FUN?

Pump.fun is everywhere lately — people mint coins out of thin air, meme their way into 100x returns, and disappear overnight.
And that got me thinking…

“Why can’t The Sandbox harness that same chaotic meme energy in its own way?”

Of course, it’s not that simple in our world.
So here’s a lighthearted exploration of what a SAND.FUN system might look like —
and more importantly, why it’s not so easy to pull off (at least not yet ).

:test_tube: What if SAND.FUN actually existed?

Step Description
:video_game: Experience Creation A creator makes a short, meme-worthy mini-game using templates
:ballot_box_with_ballot: Community Reaction Plays or votes reflect the meme’s popularity
:brick: LAND Publishing The experience is published on a randomized DAO LAND rental system
:admission_tickets: NFT or Tokenization The experience is minted as an ERC-1155 NFT or issued as an EXP token
:chart_increasing: Price Curve Value rises gradually (e.g., 10 → 15 → 20) based on interest and demand
:wrapped_gift: Drop Mechanics Players or NFT holders can receive EXP token drops
:repeat_button: Feedback Loop Meme → Reaction → NFT → Rewards → Meme again (in a continuous cycle)

 So… Why isn’t this possible (yet)?

Obstacle Reason
:locked: LAND Restriction All experiences must be published on LAND — which not everyone has access to
:balance_scale: IP Censorship Even meme games are subject to copyright/IP review
:slot_machine: Legal Risk Token mechanics tied to gameplay may trigger gambling or securities concerns
:mechanic: Infra Gaps There is no built-in NFT minting, pricing curve, or DAO-based revenue distribution yet
:ice: Low Community Volume The community is not currently energetic enough for meme content to go viral

:brain: Still… Imagine if:

  • Anyone could submit a game
  • A random LAND rental system supported publishing
  • A basic price curve and reward structure were tied to community reactions

Then maybe, this wouldn’t just be a joke.
It could become a real DAO-powered Meme-to-Economy experimental framework.

:speech_balloon: Closing Thoughts

Pump.fun launches tokens into the sky.
Could The Sandbox launch experiences + NFTs or EXP tokens instead?

Sure, we’d probably see a flood of trashy experiences and trash NFTs.
But the fun ones — the ones that stick — might just get remembered.
They might even become part of Sandbox history…
Or perhaps be picked up and expanded by official partners.

It started as a joke — but if the structure makes sense,
maybe even a joke is worth testing.

Don’t take it too seriously

Dude your posts are really, really well made. Looks like you put a ton of thought and time into both the appearance and the content.

Thank you.
It’s only the basic infrastructure, but it seems fun.
It can also be a source of funding.

haha.. Gm @shont we proposed something similar. We already have created the infra. Check this out, you gonna like it - https://test.hydrapad.com/ ( you can already create ERC20 token + deploy presale in just one click on Polygon mainnet ). with live trading.

currently testing - try it out by yourself. We just have to add SAND as base currency to create LP with and ready to go.

Cool~ These days, there seem to be a lot of AI + token launchpads popping up. If you can truly blend real content experiences with tokens and NFTs, it could become a really impressive launchpad. There are still some technical hurdles to overcome for now, though.

Agreed. I like the fact that you understand the architecture of what we are trying to build. Why not come and join our team, I can jump in a call with you if you want to contribute in our project.

agree with Lanzer, i like your analytical mind too

as it’s called .fun why not, a joke could turn in an interesting thing.
It’s interesting in the sense that the vision goes further than just the same corner as we talked about some time ago.
