Hello everyone,

We want to thank all the participants in the discussion of this SIP. Your feedback was absolutely essential in improving the proposal and ensuring its approval.

As a creator within the ecosystem and a landowner, I want to express how deeply grateful I am to see that such a diverse and highly skilled group of individuals is making decisions in the DAO.

Our company follows the principles of Teal Organizations, a concept beautifully explained in Reinventing Organizations by Frederic Laloux. The book describes how decision-making should be a collective process, where ideas are shaped by all stakeholders, and only those that successfully address all doubts, uncertainties, and risks should move forward. We are thrilled to have answered all your concerns and to have gained such overwhelming support for this proposal.

Starting today, the development of Chrysalis Quest begins, and we look forward to surprising you soon with project updates. Once again, thank you, and as @theKuntaMC says—SAND STRONG:flexed_biceps:! !

Congrats to your team, and your responsiveness too challenge, was as you explained key for this success. Nevertheless and because things are not always as easy as they look like do not hesitate to come back to TSB community if you have doubts during implementation or you are in a need of further decision. We have talented people in the community and we should leverage on those.

Congratulations @yuelwolf to you and the Ashara Studios team.

Please, please keep posting regular updates to this SIPs implementation thread. Even if the update is to say that there is a delay and what you intend to do about it, please post that.

I’m very unhappy with the lack of updates from the Ambassador SIP and it has affected how I will vote when it comes up for renewal. I don’t have the bandwidth to push for a stop payment on that SIP, but those sorts of things that come to mind when I feel the DAO has no idea how it’s going for the money being spent.

Not meant to be a threat at all, just wanted to communicate what I’m seeing that affects this SIP too. We want to hear about all your successes Yuel

I’m so excited to see Chrysalis moving forward!

This has been a point that has been brought up consistently by more than a handful of people over the last few months. It is clearly a point of concern that is lingering in the back of people’s minds.

I want to encourage any community member who feels strongly about a detailed update from TSB on the Ambassador SIP to make a statement in the comments on the Ambassador SIP Thread. Feel free to tag others for a more robust conversation.

I will share all statements made with TSB’s Ambassador managers.

All that said, congrats again to @Ashara_Studios :clap:t4:

We’re all looking forward to this tool.

We’re here for feedback along the journey of development :flexed_biceps:t4:

Hello everyone,

After a thorough but very important review of the agreement with the DAO, we can confirm that the contract has been officially signed. Despite this, we started working from day one, so we’re happy to share the first milestone of the project:

Deliverables

Happy to hear your feedback and comments.

Wow this is really well put together. Yuel do you mind if I use parts of this as a template for the functional requirements in my own SIP?

I’m a big fan of the look and feel of the app windows. Thank you for including an analytics chart. Are we going to be able to see the analytics of all rewards, or just our own?

I don’t fully understand everything I’m looking at in here, but I can tell you’re hard at work

Hi Lanzer,

Thanks  Of course, these are public files, we are more than happy that they can be useful for other SIPs.

Only your own analytics, because this information can be sensible to creators during a Builder Challenge or similar events.

Sounds good. Those are my initial thoughts. If I can get the time between DA responsibilities and SIP authoring, I’ll delve a little deeper. Looks really good though!

Hello everyone,

Milestone 2 has been completed.

Report: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tKlbeZD4y9K7_PJQKN3aA3XGUfGJbkPl/view?usp=sharing

We apologize for the delay, but we have added a series of features that we consider vital for creators. These include the integration with the Sandbox API and the available endpoints, which bring all the information from creators and their games, making the process of creating missions and events extremely fast. Special thanks to @Biversen that makes and excellent work collecting a large number of endpoints.

  • Player level visualization
  • The platform’s landing page

Hello everyone,

We have completed Milestone 4.

Report video:

In this milestone, we focused on expanding creator monetization, analytics, rewards management, and overall platform performance. The following features were developed and delivered:

Creator Memberships

  • Membership modules for creators were implemented.

  • Memberships can be purchased on a monthly basis using USDC, enabling recurring creator monetization.

Statistics Module

  • A comprehensive analytics module was created to visualize:

    • Performance of each quest.

    • Performance of quests per event.

    • Performance of quests per videogame.

Rewards Module

  • An additional module called Rewards was developed.

  • Creators can create and manage rewards to be distributed during specific events.

  • To support this functionality, we integrated The Sandbox API to retrieve creator-owned assets available for distribution using the following endpoint:

https://api.sandbox.game/assets/dashboard/inventory?userAddress=[Creator Wallet]&sortBy=-created&details=true&fromProfile=true&purchased=1&offset=0

This integration allows us to validate which assets are available in the creator’s wallet for reward delivery.

Optimization & Infrastructure Improvements

  • The Medals NFT contracts were migrated to the SEI network, optimizing transaction costs and confirmation times.

  • Additionally, several Home module database queries were optimized to significantly improve loading times and overall performance, including:

    • Quest queries.

    • Event queries.

    • Videogame queries.

These optimizations result in faster data retrieval and a smoother user experience across the platform.

Deployed contracts:

We appreciate your continued support and collaboration. We will continue refining the platform and expanding its capabilities to deliver an increasingly robust and scalable experience for creators.
