Hi @yuelwolf , thank you so much for your feedback. We are happy to let you know that everything works perfectly now.
• The texture pipeline issue is completely fixed.
• No more manual Unity tweaking is needed by the user.
• This matches the goal of Milestone 2 (100% correct texture import).
In addition to our proposed KPI, we created a web page https://voxbridge.info/ - it has easy step by step guide on how to navigate Voxbridge.
Hello @DappsoverApps you have submitted an invoice under your company, but have only completed a KYC. Please complete KYB or correct your invoice with personal info.
Hi @Geraldine , thank you for your message. We submitted the invoice with the same info as our KYC. Please let us know if we are missing anything.
Thank you.
I’ve reviewed the application’s performance. The texture issue was indeed solved, but the weight savings we were seeing are because the file you are exporting no longer includes the animations.
By reviewing a GLTF without animations and running it through voxbridge, its weight ended up increasing from 4kb to 10kb (even when applying optimize mesh and Compress texture) because it needs the .bin files to build the asset within Unity, generating a setback instead of an improvement.
Unfortunately, this has demonstrated that there was no exhaustive testing of the export results of real GLTFs from The Sandbox to the two target platforms and that there is a lack of knowledge on how to optimize these assets to make them useful on external platforms.
With these results, and having reached the end of this month, I am regrettably canceling the grant. CC @Geraldine@Paul
Hi @yuelwolf , thank you for your feedback. We are happy to let you know that we have made all adjustment given and we now have everything working 100% perfectly with the Animation fixed and other adjustments made. Please kindly check the new update so we are able to close this project successfully.
As was communicated in this forum, the project has already been canceled. Frankly, I find it highly frustrating that @DappsoverApps keep insisting, despite the official announcement being made here: [link] and my private indication that the project was canceled.
The program has already closed, the project failed to meet the delivery deadlines a long time ago, and despite multiple extensions, the expected result was not achieved.
Hi @yuelwolf , thank you so much for your time so far.
I believe the issue here is in communication barrier. We submitted the 3 milestone all together on Aug 3 then we had difficulties in communicating with you promptly via the forum until September 6 when we had the chance to schedule a call with you.
You explained to us what exactly you needed for the project (a standalone executable command) which we adjusted and delivered. After then, we had difficulties in communicating with you promptly and the your last response was that Animation was not working on Vocbridge - this was the last message you gave us and we made sure we added Animation support to Voxbridge.
We understand how tight your schedule may be but we also want you to understand that the slow communication barrier is what stalled the timeline of this project, not Dapps over Apps expertise. We apologize for any frustration this misunderstood situation may have caused you. The project is all set and done and you can watch the demo video if you are not chanced to test it out: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tmqDkizr8p3MtQEpyAbdvBMT9ndGfLjy/view?usp=drivesdk
This is not about a communication barrier or anything like that. The milestones you submitted did not comply with the deliverables you stipulated. The project didn’t run, which is why I gave you instructions on how to fix it, and once it was running, it didn’t work for its intended purpose.
There was no communication problem; I answered your questions, guided you through the process to achieve a functional tool, and still, the project did not meet what was needed despite multiple extensions. The last message not only indicated why your project was not working but explicitly stated that the project was canceled.
It’s simply that you don’t know what you are doing, and that’s why, despite the guidance, the product did not reach a successful conclusion. This entire conversation demonstrates a tremendous lack of professionalism. The cancellation of this project has already been communicated to the DAO team.
Hi @yuelwolf, so sorry if you misinterpreted our previous message. We appreciate your time and support so far and we understand how tiring it can be to manage multiple technical project.
Just like you acknowledged the [success of our milestone 1]
, our proficiency shouldn’t be dismissed if we needed to make corrections on other milestones. We have everything all set now and we sincerely apologize for any frustration this might have caused you.
Hi community, @Juampi@Sandboxdao_mod@Geraldine@theKuntaMC@Paul . We would love to call your attention to the on going discussion in this thread. How do we move forward with receiving payment for the Milestone 2 and 3 of this project? We have achieved the goal of this project even exceeding our initial deliverables.
General info about the project can be found here: Voxbridge.info
Hello @DappsoverApps, we’ve taken a closer look at your grant situation.
From what we understand, there were several exchanges and support efforts between your team and your DA to help you reach the outlined milestones. However, since the deliverables weren’t met and the deadline had passed for some time, the DA ultimately chose not to validate M2 and M3.
The admin team appreciate the work your team has done so far, but unfortunately we won’t override the DA decision to cancel the remainder of the grant.
We met all our deliverable and there was no deadline or agreement that our project can be canceled if we need to make a correction. Was it explicitly stated in any agreement that we will get our grant canceled at a stated date or time? Moreover the adjustment we made was not part of what we promised to deliver initially but we still did it.
It is fine if the DA feels he does not have time to review our project anymore because he has ended his contract as a DA - but this should not mean he should cancel a grant that has initially been completed. Anyone can have a correction to make, a correction does not mean we don’t know what we are doing.
We worked tirelessly on this project and it is only fair for it to be reviewed without any sentiment. We never had any hard deadline that we were suppose to follow so we can not just get a project we completed canceled because the domain allocator feels like.
We will appreciate if this is resolved and this matter is fairly judged without any sentiment/ prejudice.
We don’t want an override in the DA decision. We want this to be fairly judged please. Did we have any agreement prior that our grant will get canceled if we get a feedback to make adjustment? Moreover, these corrections were add-ons to the project and they were not explicitly stated in our proposed deliverable but we understood they were nice to have and we made the corrections.
Again, it won’t be fair to cancel a project we fully delivered and 100% completed without any prior stated agreement or explicitly stated cancellation rule . We appreciate your attention to this matter.

October 11
Grantee follow-up
Reports that the issue is now fixed, after the project’s cancellation and program closure.
DA holds the discretion to review and validate milestones based on their technical expertise. The admin team does not override or influence these evaluations. The DA’s decision to cancel the grant was made in accordance with standard grant procedures and within the scope of their delegated authority.
–
The corrections requested by the DA were not “add-ons” or optional improvements, they directly concerned the core deliverables (e.g., successful import of .glTF/.glb files into Unity and Roblox, accurate texture and animation handling). These were explicitly listed as part of the milestone deliverables.
–
A milestone is considered “completed” only once it has been reviewed and validated by the DA. Submitting files does not constitute completion if the deliverables fail to meet the agreed requirements.
