The UGC SIP is delayed in discussion. Expect an update soon.
Voting on 2 SIPs closes shortly, Dec 25th, when 1 SIP will open for voting!
Also, expect new SIPs to be advanced to discussion, including a proposal co-authored by the Admin Team and Lanzer to develop a Community Council!

It seems there is still ongoing conversation about authors wanting to make revisions… the UGC initiative and the proposals from both authors will be brought to the DAO for a vote again soon, as I understand.
