Hard (No way) to change wallet address

I transferred all my NFTs from my old wallet about 2 years ago. I requested to delete my old account that is KYC verified. The support on Discord replied to me they would have to delete my old account before the kyc being verified for my new wallet and account, but I haven’t received any reply and my old account is still live now.
Is there any official process for users, gamers and nft holders to change our wallet (such as from hot wallet to hardware wallet or vice versa)?

Can this new DAO help me to address the issue?

KYC Support is run by a Third Party. I would continue to keep reaching out to them through discord. Also, KYC was implemented less than two years ago and changing wallets was only introduced 1 year and 3 days ago so when you open a ticket in Discord with the KYC team, you may want to keep that in mind when giving your timeline there.
