The Problem: It is difficult for SIP authors to obtain a quorum in Sandbox DAO.

The Solution: I want to build a list of the top landowners and SAND holders and their public contact information, enough that could equal a collective quorum of 30M voting power. Interestingly enough, I already have an early prototype built (pictured below), so I’m already part of the way there.

Context: So this is playing out with Pepe of SAND RUSH fame’s Magic Palette SIP. As of July 2, 2024, Pepe has an overwhelming 98% support for Magic Palette, and yet he’s only reached 50% of the 30M quorum.

I myself decided to work out the process to reach out to a potential large landowner and it was a time-consuming process. After seeing how BoredMedia shows unique voters it got me thinking about this potential SIP. I want to make it easier for future SIP authors to contact those who can make a quorum. Organizing and solution building is what I do, and I love doing it. :slightly_smiling_face:

This idea is a very good one, and would allow SIP authors to have more tools to influence and convince.

Hi @Lanzer, thank you for sharing your idea and for the work you’ve already put into contacting some LAND Owners. We appreciate your initiative and commitment to the community to reach the quprum.

While the concept has merit, sharing the public contact information of LAND owners is not something we can support due to legal constraints. Privacy is a top priority, and distributing personal contact details without explicit consent could lead to significant legal and ethical issues.

I will close this topic from now.
