  • Design & Storyboard
    • Finalized the gameplay loop, designed learning areas, completed dialogue tree, quest tree, and provided visual storyboard of the whole experience.
  • Completed on Aug 16th, 4 days ahead of schedule

:white_check_mark: Milestone 2 completed 100% :white_check_mark:

  • Working Prototype
    • Built the experience in Game Maker with placeholders, completed experience quests and triggered the win condition.
  • Completed on Sep 4th, 1 day behind schedule.

:white_check_mark: Milestone 3 completed 100% :white_check_mark:

  • Internal Test & Quality Check
    • 100% completion of 130 unique voxel assets, integration of 1187 total assets, completion of 200+ messages, fixing of about 330 internal test bugs, and fixing of 18 DAO Admin Team reported bugs
  • Completed on Oct 3rd, 2 days behind schedule. Late primarily due to frequent Game Maker crashes during development, Game Client crashes during test, and the lengthy time it took to correct gameplay issues. BUT WE DID IT :slight_smile:

  • Due on Oct 29th & completed on Oct 29th
  • Community Playtest
    • 100% completed Community Playtest #1 on Oct 22 during official Sandbox Twitch stream with @Pandapops and @KamiSawZe. Full video, skip to 1:26:00. X post for reference
      • Stream had 61 live viewers, 27 playtesters
      • Recorded 42 bug fixes that we have fixed
    • 100% completed Community Playtest #2 on Oct 29 during official Sandbox Twitch stream with @KamiSawZe. Full video, skip to 2:12:20. X post for reference
      • Stream had 35 live viewers & about 5 playtesters
      • Recorded 9 bug fixes that we have fixed
  • Final Delivery
    • 100% completed 3 new graphics (splash page, banner, map logo/thumbnail)
    • 100% delivered the full experience (fixing bugs, adjusting assets as needed)
      • 131 unique assets, 1200+ total assets, 220+ messages, 361 total bug fixes


  • Green = Spawn area and foundation logic
  • Blue = development area
  • Orange = Parkour Race area
  • Purple = Testing area…as you can see, we have done A LOT of testing
