Update #12 … WE COMPLETED THE COMMUNITY PLAYTEST with 61 viewers & 27 participants! On track to deliver finished Experience by 10/29.

:white_check_mark: Milestone 1 completed 100% :white_check_mark:

  • Design & Storyboard
    • Finalized the gameplay loop, designed learning areas, completed dialogue tree, quest tree, and provided visual storyboard of the whole experience.
  • Completed on Aug 16th, 4 days ahead of schedule

  • Working Prototype
    • Built the experience in Game Maker with placeholders, completed experience quests and triggered the win condition.
  • Completed on Sep 4th, 1 day behind schedule

:white_check_mark: Milestone 3 completed 100% :white_check_mark:

  • Internal Test & Quality Check
    • 100% complete 130 unique voxel assets.
    • 100% complete full integration of 1187 total assets & 200+ messages.
    • 100% complete internal test & about 330 internal bug fixes.
    • 100% complete fixing of 18 DAO Admin Team reported bugs
  • Completed on Oct 3rd, 2 days behind schedule. Late primarily due to frequent Game Maker crashes during development, Game Client crashes during test, and the lengthy time it took to correct gameplay issues. BUT WE DID IT :slight_smile:

    • 100% completed Community Playtest attempt #3 on Oct 22 during official Sandbox Twitch stream with @Pandapops and @KamiSawZe. Full video, skip to 1:26:00. X post for reference
      • Stream had 61 live viewers & 27 participant playtesters
      • Obtained 12 feedback form responses
      • Recorded 42 bug fixes that we are addressing
  • Final Delivery
    • 100% completed 3 new graphics (splash page, banner, map logo/thumbnail)
    • 50% complete delivering the full experience (fixing bugs, adjusting assets as needed)
  • Due Oct 29th

  • Blue = development area
  • Orange = Parkour big-game area
  • Purple = Testing…as you can see, we have done A LOT of testing
  • Green = Spawn area and foundation logic

Update #14 … The Successful Conclusion of SIP-32 :slightly_smiling_face:

Team was: @dankoyy & @Crawler_Studio

:white_check_mark: Transferred all 131 assets to theSandboxDAO account as requested by the DAO Admin Team.

:white_check_mark: The DAO Admin Team successfully published the DAO Education Hub to their 6x6 estate in (-2, -154)

:white_check_mark: Our team was paid the final milestone and we sent out two 50 SAND rewards to the two highest-rated feedback forms from the Community Playtest.

All in all, our team really enjoyed making this experience and THANK you to the community for the opportunity :slight_smile:
